Use this guide to print Yuzu documents from Mintsoft during supported single-order and batch-selection workflows.
Before you start
Yuzu Print Client is installed in Chrome.
Your Yuzu API key is saved in Yuzu Print Client.
You know which App ID your bench should use.
Your printers are connected in Yuzu.
Printer override or tag-based routing is configured if this bench should use specific printers.
For shared setup steps, use these guides after they are published:
Create a Yuzu API key and find your App ID
Set up tag-based printer routing
Share Yuzu Print Client configuration between benches
Supported Mintsoft workflows
Mintsoft workflow | Manual print | Auto-print |
Barcode Verification | Yes | Yes |
Scan Actions | Yes | Yes |
Scan Order Success | Yes | Yes |
Batch Order Selection | Yes | No |
3PL mode: Supported. Use the 3PL setup guide if one Mintsoft account prints for multiple merchants or clients.
Custom domains: Supported. Use the custom-domain setup guide if your team uses a branded or company-specific Mintsoft URL.
Choose the right App ID
Yuzu Print Client needs an App ID so Yuzu can find the order you are printing.
Use one of these options:
Use the Mintsoft source app ID when the order IDs printed from Mintsoft match the source IDs for that app.
Use the org/team ID when the IDs you print from Mintsoft are unique within your Yuzu team.
Use the same choice on every bench that prints the same Mintsoft orders. If you are not sure which option your team uses, check with your Yuzu admin before testing live orders.
Configure Yuzu Print Client for Mintsoft
Open Yuzu Print Client settings.
Confirm your API key is saved.
Enter the App ID for this Mintsoft bench.
If every document should go to one printer, turn on Specify Printer Override, select Static Printer ID, and enter the printer ID.
If different document types should go to different printers, turn on Specify Printer Override, select Tag-Based Routing, and enter each Document Tag and Printer UUID.
Example tag routing:
Document Tag | Printer |
| Document printer |
| Document printer |
| Label printer |
Enable auto-print for Mintsoft workflows
Auto-print is available for Barcode Verification, Scan Actions, and Scan Order Success. Batch Order Selection is manual only.
Open Yuzu Print Client settings while Mintsoft is the selected platform.
Turn on auto-print for the supported Mintsoft workflows your team uses.
If needed, add auto-print conditions so auto-print only runs on matching Mintsoft pages.
Test with one order before using auto-print during a live packing run.
Print during Barcode Verification
Open the Barcode Verification workflow your team uses in Mintsoft.
Scan or enter the order as usual.
Use the Yuzu print button, or let auto-print run if enabled.
Confirm the right documents print before moving to the next order.
Print from Scan Actions
Open the Scan Actions workflow your team uses in Mintsoft.
Scan the order or item as usual.
Use the Yuzu print button when the order is ready, or let auto-print run if enabled.
Confirm the documents printed for the correct order.
Print after Scan Order Success
Complete the scan workflow in Mintsoft.
Wait for the success screen.
Use the Yuzu print button, or let auto-print run if enabled.
Confirm the documents printed for the correct order.
Print from Batch Order Selection
Open the Mintsoft order list or batch order selection screen your team uses.
Select the orders to print.
Click the Yuzu print button.
Confirm the selected orders print successfully.
Use preferred batch multiples
Use this setting when batch documents are arranged in fixed multiples, such as six orders per sheet.
Open Yuzu Print Client settings.
Turn on Prefer batch print multiples.
Enter the Preferred multiple.
Select orders in Mintsoft and click the Yuzu print button.
If the selected order count is not a complete multiple, Yuzu pauses and shows an Incomplete Batch warning. Select the remaining orders, or click Print anyway to continue with the current selection.
Use Mintsoft with 3PL mode
Use 3PL mode when the same Mintsoft account handles orders for multiple merchants or clients.
Turn on 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Client settings.
Add a mapping for each merchant your bench should print.
Enter the merchant ID, API key, App ID, and live/draft status.
Leave a merchant in draft if Yuzu should skip that merchant silently for now.
Test one order for each live merchant before printing live batches.
If a new merchant is found while printing, Yuzu Print Client can add it as a draft mapping. Add the correct API key and App ID before making that merchant live.
Use Mintsoft with a custom domain
Use custom-domain support if your Mintsoft URL is not the standard Mintsoft domain.
Open Yuzu Print Client settings.
Turn on Use Custom Domain.
Enter the base URL for your Mintsoft custom domain.
Save the settings.
Refresh Mintsoft and confirm the Yuzu print button appears in the workflows your team uses.
Confirm it worked
A successful print usually shows a Yuzu success notification and sends the expected documents to the configured printer.
If you use tag-based routing, confirm each document type separately. For example, check that Invoice and Gift message print on the document printer, and Sticker prints on the label printer.
Troubleshooting
The Yuzu print button does not appear: Refresh Mintsoft and confirm Yuzu Print Client is enabled. If you use a custom domain, check the custom-domain settings.
Nothing prints: Check that the printer is online and that the printer ID or Printer UUID is correct.
The wrong printer is used: Review Static Printer ID or Tag-Based Routing in Yuzu Print Client settings.
The order is not found: Check the App ID choice. Use the source app ID when Mintsoft IDs match a source app; use the org/team ID when IDs are unique within the team.
Documents print for the wrong merchant: Check the 3PL merchant mapping for that merchant.
A merchant is skipped: Check whether the merchant is in draft status.
Auto-print does not run: Confirm auto-print is enabled for that supported Mintsoft workflow and test with one order.
