3PL mode: Not supported for Fulfil. If you use Yuzu across multiple merchant accounts, use a separate extension configuration for each operating setup.

Custom domains: Not supported for Fulfil.

Choose the App ID for Fulfil

Use the App ID that matches the identifiers Yuzu receives from Fulfil.

  • Use the Fulfil source app ID when the IDs printed from Fulfil match the source IDs on Yuzu orders.

  • Use the Yuzu org or team ID when the identifiers being printed from Fulfil are unique within that Yuzu team.

For the full setup flow, see Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID.

Configure Yuzu Print Extension for Fulfil

  1. Open Yuzu Print Extension settings.

  2. Set the platform to Fulfil if it is not detected automatically.

  3. Confirm the Yuzu API key is saved.

  4. Confirm the App ID is saved.

  5. Configure printer routing:

    • Use Static Printer ID if all Yuzu documents should print to one printer.

    • Use Tag-Based Routing if different document tags should go to different printers, such as Invoice, Gift message, and Sticker.

  6. Enable auto-print only for the Fulfil workflows where your team wants printing to happen automatically.

  7. Save the configuration.

If you need to copy the same Fulfil setup to another packing bench, see Share Yuzu Print Extension configuration between benches.

Print from the ERP Stock Shipment Out batch list

Use this workflow when your team selects one or more Fulfil stock shipments from the ERP list.

  1. In Fulfil, open the Stock Shipment Out list your team uses.

  2. Select the shipment rows you want to print from.

  3. Click the Yuzu print button in the selected-row toolbar.

  4. Wait for the extension notification to confirm whether the print request succeeded or failed.

This workflow supports manual batch printing. Auto-print is not supported for the batch list because the extension waits for the user to choose the shipments to print.

Print from Workstation Fulfillment Shipment

Use this workflow when your team processes a single shipment in Fulfil's workstation fulfilment flow.

  1. Open the Workstation Fulfillment Shipment page for the shipment.

  2. If manual printing is needed, click the Yuzu print button when it appears.

  3. If auto-print is enabled for this workflow, the extension can print automatically when the shipment page is ready.

  4. Continue the Fulfil workflow after the extension shows a success or failure notification.

If the shipment should not print automatically, turn off auto-print for Workstation Fulfillment Shipment in the extension settings.

Print from Customer Shipment workflows

Yuzu Print Extension supports the main customer shipment stages in Fulfil:

  • Ready to Pick

  • Picking in Progress

  • Ready to Pack

  • Ready to Label

  • Ready to Ship

For each stage:

  1. Open the customer shipment in Fulfil.

  2. Confirm you are on the stage your team uses.

  3. Click the Yuzu print button if you want to print manually.

  4. If auto-print is enabled for that workflow, let the extension print automatically when the page is ready.

  5. Watch the extension notification before moving to the next shipment.

Enable auto-print only for the stages where your team expects documents to print. For example, one team may print invoices at Ready to Pack, while another may print stickers at Ready to Label.

Test the Fulfil setup

  1. Pick one Fulfil shipment that has known Yuzu documents available.

  2. Open the matching Fulfil workflow.

  3. Run a manual print first.

  4. Confirm the correct Yuzu documents print.

  5. If you use tag-based routing, confirm each tag goes to the expected printer.

  6. Enable auto-print for one workflow.

  7. Re-open or move to another test shipment in that workflow.

  8. Confirm auto-print runs once and sends the expected documents to the expected printer.

If a manual print works but auto-print does not, review the auto-print toggle for that specific Fulfil workflow.

For notification meanings and next steps, see Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications.

Troubleshooting

  • The Yuzu print button does not appear: Confirm the extension is installed and enabled, then refresh the Fulfil page. Make sure the platform is set to Fulfil in extension settings.

  • The order or shipment is not found: Check the App ID choice. Use the Fulfil source app ID when Fulfil IDs match the source IDs in Yuzu, or use the Yuzu org/team ID when Fulfil identifiers are unique within the team. See Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID.

  • Nothing prints after a success notification: Check the printer is online in Yuzu and that the Printer UUID in the extension matches the printer you expect. See Find printer IDs and set a printer override.

  • The wrong document type prints to a printer: Check the document tags in Yuzu and the Tag-Based Routing rules in the extension. See Set up tag-based printer routing in Yuzu Print Extension.

  • Auto-print runs at the wrong stage: Turn off auto-print for the Fulfil workflows where you do not want automatic printing, and leave it enabled only for the stage your team uses.

  • Auto-print does not run for ERP Stock Shipment Out Batch: This batch workflow is manual print only. Select the shipments and click the Yuzu print button.

  • A custom Fulfil URL does not load the integration: Fulfil custom domains are not currently supported by Yuzu Print Extension.

  • You operate multiple merchant accounts: Fulfil does not currently support 3PL mode in the extension. Use the normal single-merchant configuration for the Fulfil setup you are printing from.
