Yes

3PL support: Not currently supported for Veracore. If your operation needs merchant-specific routing, review the limitation with Yuzu before publishing this workflow for a 3PL bench.

Custom-domain support: Not currently supported for Veracore. Use a custom domain with Yuzu Print Extension applies only to platforms that support custom domains.

Choose the right App ID

Yuzu Print Extension can send Veracore order numbers to Yuzu in two common ways:

  1. Use the source app ID when the order numbers shown in Veracore match the source app's order numbers in Yuzu.

  2. Use the org or team ID when the order numbers shown in Veracore are unique within your Yuzu team.

If you are not sure which one applies, test with one known order and use the App ID pattern that matches how the order exists in Yuzu. If Yuzu cannot find the order, check whether the same order number exists under another source app or whether your team uses team-wide unique order numbers.

Configure Yuzu Print Extension for Veracore

  1. Open Yuzu Print Extension settings.

  2. Select Veracore as the platform.

  3. Confirm your API key and App ID are set. Use Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID if either value is missing.

  4. Choose printer routing:

    • Use Static Printer ID when every document should print to the same printer.

    • Use Tag-Based Routing when documents with tags such as Invoice, Gift message, and Sticker should print to different printers.

  5. Enable auto-print for Veracore if the packing bench should print automatically when the Veracore packing workflow is ready.

  6. Save the settings.

For shared bench setup, follow Share Yuzu Print Extension configuration between benches. For notification behavior, follow Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications.

Print manually from Veracore

  1. Open the Veracore packing workflow your team uses.

  2. Open the order you want to pack.

  3. Confirm the page shows the correct order number.

  4. Click the Yuzu print button in the packing workflow.

  5. Wait for the Yuzu notification that confirms the print request was sent.

Use auto-print in Veracore

Auto-print is supported for the Veracore Packing Workflow.

  1. In Yuzu Print Extension settings, select Veracore.

  2. Turn on auto-print for the Packing Workflow.

  3. Save the settings.

  4. Open a Veracore order in the packing workflow.

  5. Wait for the workflow to finish loading. Yuzu Print Extension should send the print request automatically when the packing workflow is ready.

Use auto-print only on benches where operators expect printing to happen as part of the packing flow. Leave it off on review, admin, or training benches.

3PL mode

Veracore is not currently supported for 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension.

Do not enable a Veracore bench expecting merchant-specific 3PL mappings to apply. If your team also uses a supported 3PL platform, follow Set up 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension for that platform instead.

Custom domains

Veracore is not currently supported for custom-domain matching in Yuzu Print Extension.

If your team uses custom Yuzu domains for another supported platform, follow Use a custom domain with Yuzu Print Extension for that platform. It is not needed for Veracore.

Test the setup

  1. Choose one Veracore order that you can safely reprint.

  2. Confirm the same order exists in Yuzu.

  3. Print manually first and check that the expected documents print.

  4. If the bench will use auto-print, enable auto-print and open another safe test order in the Veracore Packing Workflow.

  5. Confirm the printed documents use the expected printer routing.

  6. If tag routing is enabled, test an order with documents tagged Invoice, Gift message, and Sticker so each route can be checked.

Troubleshooting

  • The Yuzu print button does not appear: Refresh the Veracore packing page and make sure you are in the Packing Workflow with an order open. If the button still does not appear, check that Veracore is selected in Yuzu Print Extension settings.

  • Auto-print does not run: Confirm auto-print is enabled for Veracore, then reload the order in the Packing Workflow and wait for the page to finish loading.

  • Yuzu says the order was not found: Check the App ID choice. Use the source app ID when Veracore order numbers match a source app's order numbers, or the org/team ID when order numbers are unique across the Yuzu team.

  • Documents print to the wrong printer: Check Find printer IDs and set a printer override. If using tags, check Set up tag-based printer routing in Yuzu Print Extension and confirm each Document Tag matches the tag used on the Yuzu document.

  • Operators do not see success or failure messages: Check Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications and confirm notifications are not hidden for this bench.

  • A shared bench has different settings: Follow Share Yuzu Print Extension configuration between benches and re-import the approved configuration.
