Use this guide when your supported platform runs on a custom domain and Yuzu Print Extension needs to recognise that domain.
Before you start
Confirm your integration supports custom domains.
Know the exact base URL operators use for the platform.
Test on one browser before sharing the setup across benches.
Custom-domain support is currently documented for Mintsoft. If your integration article says custom domains are not supported, use the standard supported platform domain.
Add the custom domain
Open Yuzu Print Extension settings.
Select the platform that supports custom domains.
Turn on the custom-domain setting.
Enter the base custom domain your team uses.
Save the settings.
Refresh the platform tab.
Open a known order and confirm the extension detects the platform.
What to enter
Enter the platform domain operators actually use, without adding an order-specific path.
Use the same domain format across benches so configuration sharing is predictable. If the platform can be reached from both a standard domain and a custom domain, test the one operators use every day.
Test the custom domain
Save the custom-domain setting.
Refresh the platform page.
Open one known order.
Confirm the Yuzu print button appears or the extension detects the platform.
Run one manual print before enabling auto-print.
Troubleshooting
The extension does not detect the platform: Check the domain value, save again, then refresh the platform tab.
It works on one bench but not another: Use Share Yuzu Print Extension configuration between benches or compare the custom-domain value manually.
Auto-print does not run: Confirm manual printing works on the custom domain first, then test the relevant auto-print workflow.
The platform uses multiple domains: Add and test the domain operators use for the print workflow.
