Use this guide to print Yuzu documents from selected orders in Veeqo.
Before you start
Install Yuzu Print Extension in Chrome.
In extension settings, choose Veeqo as the platform.
Add your Yuzu API key and App ID. Use Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID for the shared setup steps.
Set printer routing if your bench needs a specific printer. Use Find printer IDs and set a printer override or Set up tag-based printer routing in Yuzu Print Extension.
Use Share Yuzu Print Extension configuration between benches if several packing benches should use the same settings.
Use Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications when checking success, skipped, or failed print messages.
Supported workflows
Workflow | Manual print | Auto-print |
Batch Order Selection | Yes | No |
3PL mode: No. Veeqo does not currently support 3PL merchant mapping in Yuzu Print Extension. Use Set up 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension only for platforms that list 3PL support.
Custom domains: No. Veeqo is supported on Veeqo-hosted pages, not custom-hosted warehouse domains. Use Use a custom domain with Yuzu Print Extension only for supported custom-domain platforms.
Choose the right App ID
Veeqo can print using selected order records from the Veeqo order list. Choose the App ID based on how those order IDs exist in Yuzu:
Use the source app ID when the IDs printed from Veeqo match the source app's order IDs in Yuzu.
Use the org or team ID when the IDs being printed are unique within your Yuzu team.
If orders are not found, confirm the App ID choice before changing printer settings.
Configure Veeqo settings in the extension
Open Yuzu Print Extension settings.
Set the platform to Veeqo.
Confirm your API key and App ID are saved.
Choose whether to send all documents to one printer with Specify Printer Override and Static Printer ID, or route documents by tag with Tag-Based Routing.
Save the settings before returning to Veeqo.
Print selected Veeqo orders
Open the Veeqo order list your team uses for batch printing.
Select the orders you want to print.
Click the Yuzu print action in the Veeqo order toolbar.
Wait for the Yuzu notification to confirm the print request was sent.
Check the printer or Yuzu print history if the documents do not appear immediately.
Auto-print support
Auto-print is not currently available for the Veeqo Batch Order Selection workflow. Veeqo printing must be started manually from selected orders.
3PL support
Veeqo is currently supported as a single-merchant workflow in Yuzu Print Extension. Do not enable 3PL mode for Veeqo benches. If your team fulfils for multiple merchants in Veeqo, confirm the required operating model with Yuzu support before publishing this workflow to operators.
Custom-domain support
Veeqo custom domains are not currently supported. Use the normal Veeqo-hosted page where the extension is available.
Test or confirm it worked
Select one test order in Veeqo.
Click the Yuzu print action.
Confirm a Yuzu success notification appears.
Confirm the expected document prints on the correct printer.
If you use Tag-Based Routing, test an order with multiple document tags such as
Invoice,Gift message, andStickerso each document reaches the expected printer.
Troubleshooting
The Yuzu print action does not appear: Refresh Veeqo, confirm Yuzu Print Extension is installed and enabled in Chrome, and confirm the extension platform is set to Veeqo.
No orders print after clicking the action: Confirm at least one Veeqo order is selected before printing.
Order not found in Yuzu: Check whether the App ID should be the source app ID or the org/team ID, then test again with one known order.
Documents print on the wrong printer: Check Specify Printer Override, Static Printer ID, and Tag-Based Routing. Use Printer UUID values from Find printer IDs and set a printer override.
Only some document types print correctly: Check the exact Document Tag values used in Yuzu flows, then update the tag-routing rows in the extension.
A notification says the request failed: Use Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications to identify the cause, then retry with one selected test order.
