Yes

3PL mode: Yes. If you print for multiple merchants or clients from one Linnworks account, set up merchant mappings with Set up 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension.

Custom domains: No for Linnworks. Do not enable custom-domain settings for Linnworks; use Use a custom domain with Yuzu Print Extension only when setting up a supported platform.

Choose the right App ID

Yuzu Print Extension can use either a source app ID or a Yuzu org/team ID.

Use the source app ID when the Linnworks order values your team prints match the IDs Yuzu receives from a connected source app.

Use the Yuzu org/team ID when the order values printed from Linnworks are unique across your Yuzu team.

If you are unsure which App ID to use, start with Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID, then test with one known Linnworks order before enabling auto-print.

Configure Yuzu Print Extension for Linnworks

  1. Open Yuzu Print Extension settings.

  2. Set Platform to Linnworks.

  3. Confirm your API Key and App ID are saved.

  4. Choose how documents should reach printers:

    • Use Static Printer ID when all Linnworks documents should print to one printer.

    • Use Tag-Based Routing when documents such as Invoice, Gift message, and Sticker need different printers.

  5. Enable auto-print only for benches where Linnworks printing should run as soon as the order dialog is ready.

  6. Click Save and Apply.

Print manually from Linnworks

  1. In Linnworks, open the order workflow your team uses.

  2. Open the order in the Process Order Dialog.

  3. Check that the order reference is the order you want to print.

  4. Click the Yuzu print button in the dialog.

  5. Wait for the Yuzu notification that confirms the print request was sent.

Use auto-print from Linnworks

Auto-print is supported for the Process Order Dialog.

  1. In Yuzu Print Extension settings, confirm Linnworks is selected as the Platform.

  2. Confirm the extension has a valid API Key, App ID, and printer routing.

  3. Enable auto-print for the Linnworks bench that should print without clicking the Yuzu button.

  4. In Linnworks, open an order in the Process Order Dialog.

  5. Keep the dialog open until Yuzu shows the print notification or the document reaches the printer.

Use auto-print only on benches where operators consistently open the correct order before processing. If the bench switches between different workflows or customers, test manual print first.

Use Linnworks with 3PL mode

Linnworks supports 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension.

Use 3PL mode when one Linnworks account prints orders for multiple merchants, brands, or clients and each merchant needs its own Yuzu API key or App ID.

  1. Add a mapping for each Linnworks merchant or client value your operators see on the order.

  2. Enter that merchant or client value exactly as it appears in Linnworks.

  3. Add the matching Yuzu API Key and App ID for that merchant.

  4. Leave merchants in draft mode until you are ready for their orders to print.

  5. Test one order for each merchant before enabling auto-print for live benches.

If Yuzu shows a missing merchant warning, open the 3PL mappings and check whether the Linnworks value needs a new live mapping.

Test the setup

  1. Choose a Linnworks order that already exists in Yuzu.

  2. Print manually from the Process Order Dialog.

  3. Confirm the document prints on the expected printer.

  4. If you use Tag-Based Routing, test one order that includes each document type you route, such as Invoice, Gift message, and Sticker.

  5. If you use 3PL mode, repeat the test for each live merchant mapping.

  6. Enable auto-print only after manual printing works for the same workflow.

  7. Open another order in the Process Order Dialog and confirm it prints without clicking the Yuzu button.

Troubleshooting

  • The Yuzu button does not appear in Linnworks: Refresh Linnworks, reopen the Process Order Dialog, and confirm Platform is set to Linnworks in Yuzu Print Extension.

  • The order does not print: Confirm the order exists in Yuzu and that your App ID choice matches how your Linnworks order values are stored in Yuzu.

  • The wrong printer is used: Check Static Printer ID or Tag-Based Routing in Yuzu Print Extension. Use Find printer IDs and set a printer override to confirm the printer UUID.

  • A document type is missing from tag routing: Confirm the Yuzu flow applies the expected document tag, such as Invoice, Gift message, or Sticker, and that the same tag is entered in Document Tag.

  • Auto-print does not run: Test manual print from the same Process Order Dialog first, then confirm auto-print is enabled for the Linnworks bench.

  • 3PL orders are skipped or show a merchant warning: Use Set up 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension and check that the Linnworks merchant or client value has a live mapping.

  • Notifications are unclear: Use Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications to match the message to the next action.
