Choose the App ID
NetSuite printing uses the sales order reference shown on the Ready Freight Quick Pack Item Fulfillment page.

Use the App ID for the app that created the matching Yuzu order when the NetSuite sales order reference matches that app's order IDs.
Use the Yuzu org or team ID when the order IDs you print from NetSuite are unique inside the Yuzu team.
If Yuzu cannot find the order, re-check whether the NetSuite sales order reference matches the App ID choice. See Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID.

Troubleshooting
The Yuzu print button does not appear: Confirm you are on the Ready Freight Quick Pack Item Fulfillment workflow, refresh the page, and make sure Yuzu Print Extension is installed and enabled in Chrome.
Yuzu says the order cannot be found: Check that the NetSuite sales order reference matches the Yuzu order ID pattern for the App ID you configured. If your NetSuite references are unique across the Yuzu team, try the org or team ID pattern described in Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID.
The print goes to the wrong printer: Check Specify Printer Override. If you use Static Printer ID, confirm the printer ID is correct. If you use Tag-Based Routing, confirm each Document Tag and Printer UUID matches the documents Yuzu creates.
Only some documents print: Check the order in Yuzu and confirm the expected documents exist for that order. If document routing is enabled, check that the tags match exactly, for example
Invoice,Gift message, orSticker.Auto-print does not run: Confirm Auto-print on Ready Freight Quick Pack Item Fulfillment is enabled, then refresh the NetSuite page. If Disable auto-print for order after a successful print is enabled, test with a different order or turn that setting off while testing.
A warning or error appears: Use the message text to decide the next action. See Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications for common success, warning, and error states.
