3PL mode: No. Acumatica does not currently pass merchant details to Yuzu Print Extension. For supported 3PL workflows, see Set up 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension.

Custom domains: No. For supported custom-domain platforms, see Use a custom domain with Yuzu Print Extension.

Choose the App ID

Yuzu needs an App ID so it knows which set of orders to search when Acumatica sends a shipment number.

Use the source app ID when the shipment numbers printed from Acumatica match the order or shipment identifiers from a connected source app in Yuzu.

Use the Yuzu org or team ID when the shipment numbers being printed from Acumatica are unique within the Yuzu team and are not tied to one source app.

For the full setup flow, follow Create a Yuzu API key and choose an App ID.

Configure Yuzu Print Extension for Acumatica

  1. Open Yuzu Print Extension settings.

  2. Set the platform to Acumatica if it is not detected automatically.

  3. Enter the Yuzu API key.

  4. Enter the App ID chosen for your Acumatica workflow.

  5. Configure printer routing:

    • Choose the Static Printer ID option when all Acumatica documents should print to one printer.

    • Choose the Tag-Based Routing option when document tags such as Invoice, Gift message, and Sticker should route to different printer UUIDs.

  6. Save the settings.

Use these shared guides for the detailed setup steps instead of repeating them here:

Auto-print

Auto-print is not currently supported for Acumatica.

Operators need to select shipments and click the Yuzu print button for each batch. If auto-print is required for Acumatica later, confirm the exact Acumatica workflow and success state before updating this article.

Test or confirm it worked

  1. Start with one known Acumatica shipment.

  2. Confirm the shipment number exists in the Yuzu app or source app selected by the App ID.

  3. Select only that shipment in Acumatica.

  4. Click the Yuzu print button.

  5. Confirm the Yuzu notification reports success.

  6. Confirm the expected document prints from the configured printer.

  7. If tag-based routing is enabled, test documents with the Invoice, Gift message, and Sticker tags so each tag reaches the expected printer UUID.

Troubleshooting

  • The Yuzu print button does not appear: Refresh Acumatica, confirm Yuzu Print Extension is installed and enabled, then open the Process Shipments page again. Make sure the Acumatica page has fully loaded before checking for the button.

  • Nothing prints after clicking the button: Check the Yuzu notification. Then confirm the API key, App ID, and printer override settings are saved in the extension.

  • Yuzu says the order or shipment was not found: Confirm the selected App ID matches the identifiers Acumatica is sending. If Acumatica shipment numbers are unique within the Yuzu team, use the org or team ID. If they belong to a specific connected source app, use that source app ID.

  • The wrong printer is used: Check the shared guide Find printer IDs and set a printer override. If using tag routing, check the shared guide Set up tag-based printer routing in Yuzu Print Extension and confirm each Document Tag field has the correct Printer UUID field.

  • Operators do not see useful feedback: Check the shared guide Understand Yuzu Print Extension notifications, then confirm notification settings are not hiding warnings needed for warehouse testing.

  • A 3PL merchant cannot be mapped: Acumatica is not currently a supported 3PL workflow in Yuzu Print Extension. The shared guide Set up 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension is not expected to apply to this workflow.

  • A custom Acumatica domain is in use: Acumatica custom-domain support is not currently enabled for this integration. The shared guide Use a custom domain with Yuzu Print Extension is not expected to apply to Acumatica unless product support changes.
