Connect Fulfil to Yuzu and renew your API key

Create a Fulfil personal access token, connect it to Yuzu, and replace it before the 90-day expiry to avoid downtime.

Connect Fulfil to Yuzu by creating a personal access token in Fulfil, then adding it to the Fulfil app in Yuzu.

Fulfil personal access tokens expire after a maximum of 90 days. We recommend setting a reminder for one week before your token expires so you can replace it in Yuzu and avoid downtime.

1. Create a token in Fulfil

  1. Log in to your Fulfil account and open the Developer page.

  2. Select Personal Tokens. You can also open https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.fulfil.io/developer/personal-tokens, replacing YOUR-SUBDOMAIN with the subdomain you use to log in to Fulfil.

  3. Click Generate New Token.

  4. Choose 90 days, the maximum expiry period available, and generate the token.

  5. Copy the token to add it to Yuzu.

The Expires field shows when each token will stop working. Use that exact date when setting your reminder.

2. Connect Fulfil in Yuzu

  1. Open Apps in Yuzu.

  2. Find and install the Fulfil app.

  3. Paste your Fulfil personal access token into the API key field and save the connection.

Your Fulfil connection is now set up.

Replace your token before it expires

Generating a new token in Fulfil does not update the key saved in Yuzu. You need to replace it in both places:

  1. Before the current token expires, return to Developer → Personal Tokens in Fulfil and generate a new token.

  2. Open your existing Fulfil app in Yuzu, replace the saved API key with the new token, and save.

  3. Check that the connection is working before revoking the old token.

  4. Set a new reminder for one week before the new token expires.

If your token has already expired, follow these same steps to reconnect Fulfil. The connection cannot access Fulfil with an expired token.
