What to do when no printable documents are found
The Yuzu Print Extension may show a warning when a print request completes but there are no documents available to print.
What the warning means
Yuzu found the order, but no printable documents were returned. This can be expected when the order does not need a document, is covered by an ignored-order rule, or its documents are not ready yet.
What to do
Confirm that this order should produce a Yuzu document.
Check that the order's documents are available in Yuzu.
If the order should be ignored, review your ignored-order rules and continue processing it as normal.
If documents are still being generated, wait briefly and retry once.
If the order should print but the warning appears again, contact Yuzu support with the order ID and the warning text.
Confirm it worked
Retry the print request. The warning should clear and the expected document should print. If the order is intentionally ignored, no document will print.
Troubleshooting
Only one order is affected: Check whether that order has documents and whether an ignored-order rule applies.
Several orders are affected: Stop retrying and contact Yuzu support so the document setup can be checked.
The warning keeps returning: Avoid repeated retries. Send Yuzu support the order ID, platform, workflow name, and exact warning text.
