Choose the right App ID

Yuzu Print Extension needs an App ID so Yuzu can find the order you are printing.

Use one of these options:

  • Use the Mintsoft source app ID when the order IDs printed from Mintsoft match the source IDs for that app.

  • Use the org/team ID when the IDs you print from Mintsoft are unique within your Yuzu team.

Use the same choice on every bench that prints the same Mintsoft orders. If you are not sure which option your team uses, check with your Yuzu admin before testing live orders.

Enable auto-print for Mintsoft workflows

Use auto-print when documents should print automatically during a supported Mintsoft workflow.

  1. Open Yuzu Print Extension settings while Mintsoft is the selected platform.

  2. Turn on auto-print for the Mintsoft workflows your team uses.

  3. If needed, add auto-print conditions so auto-print only runs on matching Mintsoft pages.

  4. Test with one order before using auto-print during a live packing run.

  2. Scan or enter the order as usual.

  3. Use the Yuzu print button, or let auto-print run if enabled.

  4. Confirm the right documents print before moving to the next order.

Print from Scan Actions

  1. Open the Scan Actions workflow your team uses in Mintsoft.

  2. Scan the order or item as usual.

  3. Use the Yuzu print button when the order is ready, or let auto-print run if enabled.

  4. Confirm the documents printed for the correct order.

Print after Scan Order Success

  1. Complete the scan workflow in Mintsoft.

  2. Wait for the success screen.

  3. Use the Yuzu print button, or let auto-print run if enabled.

  4. Confirm the documents printed for the correct order.

Print from a Batch Details Page

  1. Open the batch details page your team uses in Mintsoft.

  2. Review the batch.

  3. Use the Yuzu print button, or let auto-print run if enabled for that workflow.

  4. Confirm the expected batch documents print.

Print from Batch Order Selection

Use Mintsoft with 3PL mode

Use 3PL mode when the same Mintsoft account handles orders for multiple merchants or clients.

  1. Turn on 3PL mode in Yuzu Print Extension settings.

  2. Add a mapping for each merchant your bench should print.

  3. Enter the merchant ID, API key, App ID, and live/draft status.

  4. Leave a merchant in draft if Yuzu should skip that merchant silently for now.

  5. Test one order for each live merchant before printing live batches.

If a new merchant is found while printing, the extension can add it as a draft mapping. Add the correct API key and App ID before making that merchant live.

Use Mintsoft with a custom domain

Use custom-domain support if your Mintsoft URL is not the standard Mintsoft domain.

  1. Open Yuzu Print Extension settings.

  2. Turn on Use Custom Domain.

  3. Enter the base URL for your Mintsoft custom domain.

  4. Save the settings.

  5. Refresh Mintsoft and confirm the Yuzu print button appears in the workflows your team uses.

Confirm it worked

A successful print usually shows a Yuzu success notification and sends the expected documents to the configured printer.

If you use tag-based routing, confirm each document type separately. For example, check that Invoice and Gift message print on the document printer, and Sticker prints on the label printer.

Troubleshooting

  • The Yuzu print button does not appear: Refresh Mintsoft and confirm Yuzu Print Extension is enabled. If you use a custom domain, check the custom-domain settings.

  • Nothing prints: Check that the printer is online and that the printer ID or Printer UUID is correct.

  • The wrong printer is used: Review Static Printer ID or Tag-Based Routing in extension settings.

  • The order is not found: Check the App ID choice. Use the source app ID when Mintsoft IDs match a source app; use the org/team ID when IDs are unique within the team.

  • Documents print for the wrong merchant: Check the 3PL merchant mapping for that merchant.

  • A merchant is skipped: Check whether the merchant is in draft status.

  • Auto-print does not run: Confirm auto-print is enabled for that Mintsoft workflow and test with one order.
