The Orders Table is the central hub for managing and monitoring your orders in Yuzu. This guide will walk you through how to assign templates, manage order statuses, and track orders across the Ready, Printed, and Ignored tabs.


Overview of the Orders Table

The Orders Table displays all orders synced from your connected apps. Key details include:

  • Order ID: The Sales Channel order number (separate from the Yuzu Order ID found in the URL of a clicked-on order).

  • Customer Name: The name associated with the order.

  • Product Details: Items included in the order.

  • Order Status: Ready, Printed, or Ignored.

  • Assigned Template: The template allocated to the order.

  • Assigned Printer: The printer set to process the order.

Use this table to monitor, modify, and manage orders efficiently.


1. Navigating the Orders Table

  1. Tabs for Order Statuses:

    • Navigate between the Ready, Printed, and Ignored tabs to locate orders by their processing stage.

    • Each tab organizes orders based on their current status.

  2. Order Details:

    • Click on an order to view detailed information, including assigned template, printer, and product data.


2. Selecting and Managing Orders

  1. Selecting Orders:

    • Select individual orders or use bulk selection to manage multiple orders at once.

  2. Assigning Templates and Printers:

    • Open the order details and select a template and printer from the respective dropdown menus.

    • Save changes to apply updates.


3. Printing Orders and Reprocessing

  1. Printing Orders:

    • In the Ready tab, select orders and click the Print button to send them to the assigned printer.

  2. Reprinting Batches or Reviewing Errors:

    • Access the Printed tab to reprint completed batches or troubleshoot errors.

  3. Reprocessing Ignored Orders:

    • In the Ignored tab, reprocess orders based on updated flow logic or corrected conditions.


4. Creating New Orders

  1. Manually Create Orders:

    • Use the Create Order option to manually input details for a single order.

  2. Upload CSV:

    • For bulk order creation, upload a CSV file with multiple orders directly in the Orders Table.


5. Managing Order Statuses

  1. Status Overview:

    • Ready: Orders are prepared for printing but not yet processed.

    • Printed: Orders have been successfully processed and printed.

    • Ignored: Orders are excluded from further processing based on rules or manual actions.

  2. Updating Statuses:

    • Click on the status field in the order details and select the appropriate status from the dropdown menu.


Tips for Managing the Orders Table

  1. Stay Organized:

    • Regularly review and update order statuses to maintain an efficient workflow.

  2. Use Bulk Actions:

    • Apply bulk actions for tasks like assigning templates or updating statuses to save time.

  3. Monitor Frequently:

    • Check the Orders Table daily to ensure no delays or errors in processing.


Troubleshooting Common Issues

  1. Order Not Displaying:

    • Ensure the app integration is active and syncing correctly.

    • Verify the order appears under the correct tab (Ready, Printed, or Ignored).

  2. Template or Printer Not Assigning:

    • Confirm the selected template and printer are active and compatible with the order.

  3. Status Not Updating:

    • Ensure changes are saved after selecting a new status.
