Troubleshooting Flows

1. Flow Not Assigning Correct Template

Issues:

  • Orders are assigned to the wrong template.

  • Orders are not assigned to any template.

Potential Causes and Solutions:

  • Incorrect Conditions:

    • Review the conditions set in the split modules of your flow.

    • Ensure the data variable matches the order details (e.g., "Order Count = 1" for first-time buyers).

  • Template Not Assigned:

    • Confirm that each branch of your flow has a template assigned.

  • Outdated Data:

    • Check that your sales channel integration is synced and that the latest order data is available.

2. Flow Not Triggering

Issues:

  • Orders are not processed by the flow.
